Since we can no longer build a giant cage in the back yard, we show our "trophies" here. All photos on this blog are taken not by professional photographers, but are captured by those who were there when it all happened. No animals were harmed in almost anyway while being chased, harassed, stalked, dug out of their homes, or handled by 3 year olds.

did you know that those frogs can freeze then thaw every night? We have those here (brown version)- and they are out chirping with snow on the ground still and frozen water on the pond- up in the mountain ponds. As long as the sun is shining and they defrost enough to chirp.
We have tree frogs that live and chirp on our house. I wish they would freeze.
